径向模式振动的压电变压器特性
CHARACTERISTICS OF PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSFORMER IN THE RADIAL VIBRATION MODE

Abstract
A radial vibration mode of the piezoelectric transformer is constructed of hard piezoelectric materials having a high mechanical quality factor Qm, which is polarized in the direction of thickness. Firstly, according to the equivalent circuit model diagram of the piezoelectric transformer, the dynamic model of the piezoelectric transformer can be set up. Secondly, according to load resistors, the voltage rising ratio, the output power and the electrical properties of the efficiency, this paper draws a con-clusion that the voltage rising ratio increases as the load resistors increase. After that, the piezoelectric transformers with differ-ent thickness are simulated through Comsol and by contrast the optimal piezoelectric transformers can be obtained. Through MATLAB simulation, under the best resistor, the efficiency can reach 90%and the voltage rising ratio is 1.5. Through the com-parison of results, from the equivalent circuit analysis and calculation, they have obtained very high efficiency and stability, and can solve the problems of low efficiency and instability in the original satellite propeller.关键词
