Abstract
The new social stratum, serving as the bridge and the bond of social systems in the market economy, has its own unique advantages, and it is both an important part of multiple subjects in social management innovation and the promoter of social management innovation. Meanwhile strengthening and innovating the social management is also its own needs of healthy development. Therefore, through exploring the paths of the new social stratum’s participating in the social management innovation and forming a long-term efficient mechanism, the social resources can be integrated effectively, and the vigor of the new social stratum will also promote the social management innovation.关键词
