ON SIMULATION OF REFLECTION AND REFRACTION AT THE INTERFACE BETWEEN POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE REFRACTION INDEX MEDIUM
摘要
Abstract
When electromagnetic wave spreads in a negative refractive index medium, because of the negative permittivity and negative permeability, it shows some peculiar properties. In order to understand the unusual refractive phenomenon of electro-magnetic wave at the interface between positive and negative refraction index medium, the paper discusses the reflective and refractive laws at the interface between positive and negative refraction index medium, and simulates the reflective and refrac-tive phenomenon by using the finite element software Comsol Multiphysics. At the same time the simulation result that agrees with the theoretical analysis is shown in the form of images.关键词
