Abstract
The equity incentive began to get attention in the 1950s, and many scholars conducted in-depth discussions on it from different angles. In recent years, on the basis of western ideas, domestic scholars have carried out some discussions on equity incentive combined with domestic actual situations. In the form of a literature review, this article collects and introduces the domestic and foreign relevant theory and probes into the factors of the equity incentive and practical effects,hoping to get some enlightenment and conclusion from the analysis.关键词
