紫外线诱变选育高产柠檬酸黑曲霉
ON MUTATION AND BREEDING OF Aspergillus niger OF PRODUCTIVE CITRIC ACID FERMENTATION THROUGH ULTRAVIOLET RAYS
摘要
Abstract
This paper is designed to breed the Aspergillus niger through adopting cellulose to produce acid and to enrich the raw materials of citric acid fermentation. Breeding of Aspergillus niger for citric acid fermentation through ultraviolet rays has been studied in this paper. A good niger UV-4 has been obtained through ultraviolet rays, which has genetic stability. The cit-ric acid yield is 26.77±0.67g/L and is 50.39%higher than that of the original niger. UV-4 can produce 10.05±0.42g/L of the citric acid through using straw cellulose by, and it is 28.04%higher than that of the original niger.关键词
