Abstract
Flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) are new technology. This paper briefly discusses the concept and the development status of flexible AC transmission technology, demonstrates FACTS structure principle and application of several major controller, and summarizes important role of FACTS on the power flow control, system oscillations, stability of operation and its development prospects.关键词
