Abstract
With the rapid development of internet technology, the internet has currently become the most important communica-tion media and is more and more affecting and changing the living and working way of the people. While the internet rapidly trans-mits mass information and brings great convenience to the people, it also produces a series of new problems such as online rumor spreading, online scam and so on. This paper discusses the importance and necessity for legal management construction of the in-ternet and legal basis for the legal management construction of the internet and its progress, and meanwhile expounds non-legal measures for boosting healthy development of the internet.关键词
