Preparation of Nickel Oxide/Carbon Composite Materials and Its Electrochemical Performance Research

Abstract
Loading NiO nanopartide on activated carbon (AC )by sol-gel method,and using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy on this NiO/AC composite material characterization,the electrochemical performance of composite electrodes by cyclic voltammograms was studied.The results show that NiO/AC electrode capacity is 59.4% higher than the activated carbon electrode.The result of differences between different scanning speed of the electrode perform-ance shows that,with the increase of scanning speed,the specific capacity of the composite electrode material decreases.关键词
