深冷处理技术在不锈钢及铝合金中的应用
Research in the Application of Cryogenic Treatment on the Stainless Steel and Aluminum Alloy

Abstract
The cryogenic treatment has already been generally used in foreign countries. This paper introduces the research status of cryogenic treatment in inland and overseas,and the effect mechanics to the steel,nonferrous metal,and hard alloy. Aiming at the stainless steel 9Cr18 and high-strength Aluminum alloy 7A04,we carried on the cryogenic treatment tests,and the effects of the cryogenic treatment on the residual austenite in the steel and residual stress in the aluminum alloy were ana-lyzed. The tests indicate that the cryogenic treatment could effectively reduce the residual austenite in stainless steel 9Cr18,and has unobvious effects on its hardness. To the Aluminum alloy 7A04,the cryogenic treatment could reduce the deformation during cutting,to stabilize the size of the products. So,it was an advanced technique which can have widespread availability.关键词
