程序分析在摩托车车头装配改善中的应用
Application of Procedure Analysis to Improve Motorcycle’s Head Assemble
摘要
Abstract
For the problems of motorcycle’s head assembly line,using the method of procedure anal-ysis,combined with“5W1H”check list and“ECRS”principles,this paper optimized the operation procedure of the line and improved the work method. Eventually,the station operation cycle is re-duced by 7 s,the workers’workload becomes more balance. Meanwhile,one worker is reduced and the human cost is saved. On the basis,the continuing improving process is established on the basis of method study. It provided some guidance to optimize the manufacture operation system.关键词
