基于ABAQUS的激光喷丸成形有限元仿真
FEM Simulation of Laser Peen Forming Based on ABAQUS
摘要
Abstract
ABAQUS software was applied to simulate the laser peen forming of aluminum sheet with the order of the transient steady-state method. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results. Simulation method for the Gaussian spatial distribution of laser and the distribution of high-voltage transients in numerical simulation was proposed. To explain the constitutive model,the element unit type selection,boundary conditions measurement and so on of materials and to provide solving methods in details. Based on the transient-steady solution,equivalent initial stress load static analysis methods were proposed,in which the laser peen forming parameters was equal to the initial perstress in order to analyze a large-scale of the pulse shaping problem. The connection between the test parameters and equivalent stress was established according to experiments results to avoid the esti-mating error of the pressure wave. It can not only simulate the deformation of the material accurately, but also speed up the solving speed .关键词
