Abstract
The new-energy automobile industry was chosen as a case to study. Referring to the tradi-tional technology innovation system,we established the government-oriented ecological technology in-novation system and went on to the elaboration of the government’s leading role and the interaction re-lationships between enterprise network,R&D network,the media and the public. This dissertation has significance in promoting the ecological civilization construction of Tianjin city.关键词
