摘要
Abstract
Quantitative analysis of Tianjin city rail transit effects on the value of houses along it was took by adopting the hedonic price model,taking Tianjin Metro Line 1 as an example. We selected 16 variables and collected the effective data of 120 cells along Tianjin Metro Line 1 within 2 km. Eventu-ally there are 5 variables that are involved in the model through repeatedly trial and establishing the hedonic price equation regression with good effect,which namely are the distance away from the down-town,the construction period,the average total number of layers,the education environment,the sub-way distance. The results show that Tianjin Metro Line 1 has the promotion function on housing prices in the range of 2 km by 5. 02% from average and the average value amount is 828. 9 Yuan /m2 .关键词
