肉桂酸环己酯催化合成工艺
Study on Technology of Catalytic Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Cinnamate
摘要
Abstract
Cyclohexyl cinnamate was catalytic synthesized by cinnamic acid and cyclohexanol. The tyPe of catalysts and dosage,the molar ratio of cinnamic acid and cyclohexanol,and the reaction time were exPlored by single factor exPeriment and orthogonal exPeriment. The results show that the oPti-mal conditions of cyclohexyl cinnamate is that when the sodium bisulfate is the catalyst,and its dosage is 0. 5g,and the molar ratio of cinnamic acid and cyclohexanol is 1:4,and the reaction time is 1h, the yield of cyclohexyl cinnamate is uP to 94. 6%. The method has advantages of simPle oPeration, mild reaction conditions,short reaction time,and high Product Purity.关键词
