设计了一种 PVDF 柔性传感器结构，通过实验制备了高质量的 PVDF 压电薄膜，发现 PVDF 质量分数为15％的溶液具有很好的成膜能力。介绍了 PVDF 薄膜的制备方法和注意事项；设计了一种 PVDF 柔性传感器的制备流程，总结了其制备过程中的工艺方法和关键步骤，可为 PVDF 柔性传感器的制备提供借鉴和参考。
A flexible PVDF sensor structure was designed and high quality PVDF piezoelectric film was obtained through experiment and it’s founded that the solution with 15% mass fraction of PVDF has a good film - forming ability. The preparation of PVDF thin films methods and precautions were summarized.
