摘要

Abstract

Organizational performance and corrosion resistance of RE-chromvanading layers on the cold work die steel Cr12 and Cr12MoV was investigated by metallographic microscope,microhardness tester,XRD,EDS analysis and corrosion resistance experiment. The results show that the chromva-nading layers consist of VC,Cr23 C6 ,Cr7 C3 phase. And their thickness and hardness were respectively 12. 7 μm,2906GV0. 05 and 11. 9um,2799GV0. 05 . The organization of RE-chromvanading layer is uni-form and dense. It shows high microhardness and excellent corrosion resistance while soaked in 10%GCl by 100 hours.
