摘要

Abstract

In the working process of the planetary gear sets,the meshing points of planet gears and ring gear continually change due to the revolution of the planet gears,and the transfer path of meshing vibration signal is also affected. In the process of the meshing points,getting far away from the sen-sor,the signal strength decreases gradually,and in the process of the meshing points getting near the sensor,the signal intensity increases gradually. In order to accurately describe the changing law of meshing vibration signal transfer path,a finite element model of planetary gear box shell was built in Virtual. lab. And the mathematical model of transfer path changing rule was established through Mat-lab curve fitting toolbox,which provides theoretical support for the mathematical modeling of planetary gear sets.
