摘要
Abstract
Nowadays,the situation of environment is terrible,although the Amendment to Criminal Law Eigjt and its related judi-cial explanation were carried out to make a clear rule on the judge and application of environment pollution crime,the subjective element of this crime is still controversial,which to a certain extent makes the environmental law enforcement difficult. The envi-ronment police system will be a trend if our society wants to fight with the environment pollution crime more effectively. Howev-er,the system can’t be established in a short time. Questions such as the basis and pattern of law enforcement and how to set up the institution were worth thinking repeatedly.关键词
