摘要
Abstract
The instances of provinces using telegraph to send Datagram greatly increased before and after the Sino-French War with border tensions.The telegraph arrived at an unprecedented peak in Southwest China to meet the needs of the war.After the war,China and Vietnam set up a business in the local border,at the same time,International telegraph line opened up in Southwest China with erection of boundary telegraph line.It had advanced objectively the construction of the Southwest border and business development with the founder of telegraph lines.The erection of telegraph lines dur-ing the sino-French War and the developmant of Foreign trade made the long edge of the area evolve into the forefront of the development zone,which was the historic opportunity to make the Southwest into the process of modernization.关键词
