Current Situation about Use and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Chongqing Foreign Trade Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Chongqing foreign trade enterprises are playing an increasingly important role to stimulate economic growth of Chongqing.The level about the ability to use and protect Intellectual property rights of foreign trade enterprises has an important impact on the international competitiveness.To use and protect intellectual property rights is the core business of intellectual property rights job content.However,there are many problems existing nowadays about the ability to use and protect intellectual property rights of Chongqing foreign trade enterprises.For example,the conversion capability is not strong enough,the number of transfer and licensing about intellectual property rights is too few,the financing of intel-lectual property rights pledge loan is still very difficult,and the protection level is still too low.To solve the problems a-bove,we need to enhance their awareness of use and protection of intellectual property rights,to strengthen the training of intellectual talents,to enhance the level to use intellectual property rights,and to innovate the way of intellectual prop-erty protection etc.关键词
