Abstract
The latest published draft of Copyright Law Amendments adopted the system of resale right.This system caused a lot of controversy.Current research ignores the information problem which makes the art market very difficult to obtain information.However,this information is indispensable for the system of resale right.China should create the art market “right to information”and information registration system to ensure the operation of the system of resale right.关键词
