论信息法学的学科地位及其归属
Opinions on the Subject Status and Category of Information Law Study
摘要
Abstract
Information law has become a most urgently needed study in information society.Legislative,judicial,aca-demic research and teaching in colleges and universities about it have been carried out in practice already.However,the subject status of the information law study has not been established and the category of the information law study is unde-fined.It causes a state of fuzzy and chaos on some courses and academic research and hinders the further development of information law study.This situation is not conducive to provide strong guarantee for our country’s informatization from the aspects of the rule of information law.Therefore,information law study should become one independent legal subject. In other words,it should become a secondary discipline which is newly-developing.关键词
