网络反腐举报制度研究综述
Survey on Reporting Mechanics Via Cyberspace Against Corruption
摘要
Abstract
Reporting via network against corruption,as a new kind of anti-corruption reporting forms and channels,has been applied extensively.At the same time,it has been concerned highly in academic circles.Numerous experts and scholars from different angles have carried on the positive exploration and research about definition,way,advantages,the system defects and countermeasures of the network anti-corruption reporting,and acquired a series of valuable theoretical achievements.Carding the research results show that the current academic has researched more and more on the existing problem and countermeasure of the mechanics for reporting network anti-corruption.It has established a good foundation for future research.But the research is also insufficient in the the key problems of the system for reporting network anti-corruption foundation theory,such as internal mechanism,operation law.Therefore,the network anti-corruption repor-ting system research needs to further deepen,through expanding the basic theory research,information technology appli-cation and research perspective methods.关键词
