环境风险社会放大的网络生成与法律规制
Formation in Network and Legal Regulations of the Social Amplification of Environmental Risk
摘要
Abstract
In the network era,the social amplification of environmental risk obtains a new field;environmental risk infor-mation achieves amplification through the internet,generating ripple effect,and leading to serious secondary social,po-litical,and economic consequences.Its formation is mainly ascribed the relatively lagging internet regulation legislation, the poor reality benefit expression mechanism,the gradually formed internet public sphere,the blunder in the environ-mental risk responses of local government,etc.Therefore,We should perfect the legal protection mechanism of the envi-ronmental risk communication in internet,build a legal preventive mechanism of the internet generation about the social amplification;establish the interests integration mechanism for all related parties in environmental risk;improve supervi-sion accountability mechanism,in order to respond effectively to the generation of the social amplification of environmen-tal risk in cyberspace.关键词
