摘要
Abstract
Computer technology advances in today’s society,and has become an indispensable tool in people’s lives.With the development of computer-based information,temporary copy is used more and more.Therefore copyright law must also be made clear requirement to make it complex and diversified to follow the law.For now,the legal profession in the world has made some arguments for temporary replication problems in the field of copyright law.China has also made some specif-ic provisions of temporary copy,In order to ensure effective protection of copyright and the normal flow of information on the web.关键词
