摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture(EA)intervention on liver CK18 expression in nonalco-holic fatty liver (NAFL)rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group and the model group.After suc-cessfully establishing the rat model,the model group was redivided into the NAFLD group,drug group and EA group.The drug group was fed with Dongbao Gantai by gavage and the EA group was performed the EA acupuncture at the specific points of unilat-eralPishu,Fenglong,YanglingquanandSanyinj iao.After 4-week treatment,all animals were killed and the live histopatho-logical changes were observed.The contents of liver malondialdehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)were detected by the colorimetric method.The liver CK18 expression was detected by the mmunohistochemical method.Results Compared with the model group,the steatosis of the liver tissue in the EA group and the drug group were alleviated to different extents;expression of hepatic CK18 was suppressed;liver MDA was decreased with various degrees (P<0.01;P<0.05)and the SOD activity was in-creased (P<0.01;P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture may reduce lipid peroxidation by inhibiting the up-regulation of he-patic CK18 expression.
