住院老年患者抑郁症状的调查与分析
Investigation and analysis on depression symptom in elderly inpatients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the depression situation and the influencing factors in elderly inpatients.Meth-ods The cross-sectional method was used to conduct the investigation on randomly selected 125 elderly inpatients by the geriatric depressive scale(GDS)and the general personal questionnaire.Results Among 125 elderly inpatients,41 cases were depressed eld-erly inpatients,accounting for 32.8%.Disease,marital status,length of hospital stay,self-care ability,medical expenses and hobbies were the influence factors of the elderly inpatients(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of depression in the hospitalized elderly patients is relatively high,the geriatrics should pay attention to it.关键词
