Abstract

In recent years, business districts continue to emerge, but the inlfuence of the high-rise building construction on surrounding soil layer are not paid high attention. The paper selects a typical monitoring area, through the arrangement of subsidence monitoring points and stratification monitoring group, and monitor the inlfuence of a single or group of high-rise buildings on land subsidence. The monitoring area is of 2km2 in area with 38 ground subsidence deformation observation points, 4 layers of stratification monitoring group, and the largest monitoring depth is up to 71 meters. In high-rise buildings concentrated area, the stratification monitoring group and monitoring points are embedded to monitor the high-rise building’s inlfuence on the ground settlement. In Tianjin, this monitoring method is the ifrst application. The stratiifcation monitoring group base is designed to be horizontal oil pressure structure, which has got the advantage of installing many monitoring groups in a hole, and saving land; this design technique achieves high precision monitoring effect.
