Abstract
From the perspective of public administration and social policy coupled with the investigation into the old people’s demands, this paper analyzes the effect, features and problems of the home-based care services in Su-zhou. Based on the successful experience domestic and overseas, the paper puts forward basic ideas and policy sug-gestions to develop an all-pervading home-based care service system.关键词
