Abstract
This paper introduces a kind of designing and Implementation of measuring wind dispersal seed settle-ment velocity system. Based on the MC9S12XS128, the system can get the seed falling video signal by linear CCD, and it can acquire seed settlement time after processing signal with image edge detection algorithm. Be-sides, the system can calculate the final settlement velocity by the weighted arithmetic average and also fitting the curve of sedimentation height and speed. The test shows that the intelligent measurement system has the fea-tures of high precision, strong disturbance attenuation, high efficiency, and easy operation and maintenance, and that it can improve the design and performance of products, which can be widely used. The system provides a practical way to measure wind dispersal seed settlement velocity.关键词
