摘要

Abstract

The control method of penetration is studied in TIG welding. On the basis of analyzing the characteris⁃tics of TIG welding and actual welding process, the fuzzy controller is designed, its input variables are bias of penetration and change rate of bias, its output variables are the change of welding current, and the controller is simulated and verified by the experiment. The results show that the controller can reach a stable state in 5 sec⁃onds, that the penetration depth can meet the actual production requirements and that the designed control sys⁃tem has good control effect.
