Abstract
This article carries on the analysis of several aspe-cts of project management from the previous project prepa-ration, design orientation, construction drawing design, appr-oval drawing and application for construction, bidding, sign the construction contracts, the implementation and organizati-on construction on-site, and comprehensive acceptance of de-livery and so on, and demonstrates the node control for en-gineering project management.关键词
