Abstract
In recent years, due to the restricted of various conditions, the mineral resources assessment and geological survey are influenced more or less. This article ilustrates the theory research foundation of X-ray fluorescence instrument equipment, the analysis instrument of X-ray fluorescence equi-pment, the application situation of X-ray fluorescence spectr-ometer, and the practical application of X-ray fluorescence sp-ectrometer in the metalic ore geology exploration.关键词
