Abstract
Qingshui river of Zhangjiakou is a tributary ofYo-ngding river which flows through the whole Zhangjiakou city. This place built several silt dams and dozens of rubber dams, playing a role of water storage and flood control. This article explains Qingshui river’s hydrological characteristics and the meaning, the quentions, the principles and methods of operati-on.关键词
