Abstract
Electric power construction projects belong to a systemic, integrated project. So in order to ensure engineering quality, there must be careful management on construction schedule. Management must be wel done according to the actual project progress. It can reflect the value of management. Based on the biomass power plant construction project, the paper analyzes the way of management in construction prog-ress.关键词
