Abstract
Adopting an improved grey GM (1, N) model, forecasting model based on the analysis of the construction project cost data in xi 'an area this year is established in this paper. Firstly, the original data is initialized and 1-AGO pro-cessing. Then using a smooth optimization on the background value, a new grey forecasting model is established.关键词
