Abstract
The decision-making stage of project is the whole project definition, which is the first step in the whole life cycle projects, involving the project standard, location, etc. Decisi-on-making is a key part of cost control. This article mainly analyzes the five main factors that influence the investment estimation at the decision-making stage, in order to evaluate its risk and control and puts forward the countermeasures.关键词
