Water resources occupy the strategic position in the social and economic development, the reasonable development and utilization of water resources is of great significance. But there has many problems to be solved in the current develop-ment and utilization of water resources.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources and expounds the countermeasures of water resources reasonable development and utilization.关键词
