Abstract
Due to most of urban rail transit engineering loc-ated in the city, the construction process has damage risk to the ground environment. This article at empts to use the basic sy-stem of scientific theory of"system theory, information theory, and cybernetics"to analysis and solve the risk management of rail transit project construction, so as to realize the goal of overal management goal optimal.关键词
