Abstract
In recent years, the constant development of ec-onomy in our country laid a strong economic basis for urban and rural planning and construction. However, overly at aches great importance to the development of urbanization and ignore the improvement of people's life quality which reduces the overal consideration of urban and rural planning. This article puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy in view of the current problems existing in the urban and rural planning and construction.关键词
