Abstract
Construction counterclaim management is an imp-ortant link in project construction process. Claims to be scie-ntific facing, early facing and legal facing. Staring from the perspective of claim the time of the event, this article analyzes the claim management respectively from the before, during an-d after the incident to avoid similar incidents from happening in the future construction projects.关键词
