Abstract
This paper analyzes the main influencing factor of the construction project cost control, and puts forward the pr-oject cost control should be started from investment decisi-on-making stage and focuses on the design for the whole pro-cess cost control. Final y, this article expounds the measures to control the project cost in implementation stage, and hope to be able to provide reference for the construction project cost control and management.关键词
