摘要
Abstract
The upper property development was the feasible way to solve the problem of the sustainable development of city rail transit. The development of the upper property on metro were the combinations of economic,technology and policy.From the perspective of policy, the authors pointed out that the policy was the key factor of the development of the upper property. According to the practice, this paper sum up and suggest the related policies in the aspect of macro decision, land management, city planning and finance.关键词
