Abstract
At present, human society has entered the inf-ormation era with rapid development. The arrival of info-rmation age provides the necessary conditions to construct and develop the wisdom city. Based on the introduction to the concept of wisdom city, this paper studies and discusses conceptual framework and key field of planning of urban and rural under wisdom city.关键词
