Abstract
At present, many cities in China are trying to use the utility tunnel of the underground pipeline emerging laying mode, but due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations, which led to many disputes of the utility tunnel in China. Based on the domestic and foreign experiences and planning practices, this paper taking the city of Wenzhou Ouhai Central District as an example and focuses on the economy, holding line, line layout problems of utility tunnel construction, and puts forward some implementation schemes to be compared.关键词
