Fire protection of buildings is directly related to people's property security and stable life. Therefore, operating the basic fire protection facilities proficiently is required to fire supervision and inspection personnel. In this paper, the present construction requirements and the basic ability fire supervision and inspection personnel should possess is discussed in detail.
