摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzed the optimization of the first rope replacement program of the Chen Silou coal mine of the energy enterprise Yong Mei in He Nan. In the process, the heavy device of SQY was used on the sheave wheel platform under the head frame without the need to instal the shaft sinking winches, and at the same time, the staff does not need to go down the mine, The optimization methods realized the efficient replacement of the first rope of the multi rope friction hoist.
