Abstract
In this paper, through a detailed analysis of the basic situation of the Yang Zhai town, a middle small town, the author explored the solving path of the simultaneous constr- uction of four modernization and the implementation guarantee mechanism developing a suitable development model for smal towns in central area, that is the combining nuclear developing mode in which the town drive the surrounding vilages to develop in a intensive way.关键词
