Abstract
In the project, it has the vital significance to the whole process of construction projects and to improve the level of management for the party A to carry out the preliminary effective management. The author analyzed, in the early stage, the key management points of several aspects of communicat- ion, the feasibility of the project, the survey and design and bidding management, which provides a reference for the early management of party A.关键词
