Abstract
This paper, a simple analysis was carried out about the different problems of cost control and management of municipal engineering project in each stage, and in view of the above problems put forward several corresponding measures. These measures related to good bid for the contract, ful pr- eparation for construction, cost control, atention to the comp- letion of closure work, providing a reference for the municipal engineering management personnel.关键词
